By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.


1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to BROOLED Ltd

  • “You”, “Customer” refers to the purchaser

  • “Products” refers to printed merchandise and physical goods

  • “Services” refers to graphic design and related creative work


2. General

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.


3. Products & Services

  • All merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis.

  • Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only; minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to printing processes and screen differences.

  • All products and services are subject to availability.


4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full before any order or work commences.

  • We accept PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud.


5. Graphic Design Services

All graphic design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Design Process

  • Customers will receive up to three (3) initial design concepts.

  • One final proof will be provided for approval.

  • Printing will not begin until written approval of the final proof is received.

Proof Approval

  • Approval of a proof constitutes full acceptance of the design.

  • Once approved, we are not liable for any errors including spelling, layout, colours, or formatting.

No-Proof Orders

If a customer chooses not to request a proof:

  • The customer accepts full responsibility for image resolution, print quality, and text accuracy.

  • We are not liable for errors or quality issues resulting from customer-supplied files where no proof has been approved.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All order details are correct before submission

  • Uploaded content is accurate and print-ready

  • They own or have permission to use any images, logos, or text supplied

We accept no liability for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.


7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm they own or have rights to use all submitted content.

  • We accept no liability for copyright or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-provided materials.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final designs remain the intellectual property of BROOLED Ltd.


8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights

Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are:

  • Personalised

  • Custom-made

  • Print-on-demand

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

To report an issue, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Approved designs

  • Items printed without a requested proof

  • Graphic design services


10. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruption, supplier failure, strikes, or acts of God.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
