1. Introduction
At MWP-Design.co.uk, we take pride in producing high-quality print-on-demand merchandise and professional graphic design services. As many of our products and services are custom-made, this policy explains when returns, refunds, or reprints may apply.
2. Print-on-Demand & Custom Merchandise
All printed products are produced on demand based on the specifications provided at checkout.
Due to the personalised nature of these products:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds or reprints are only available if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
3. Customer Responsibility for Order Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submission, including:
Text content and spelling
Image quality and resolution
Colour selection and placement
Product size, variant, and delivery address
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Graphic Design Services (Final Sale)
All graphic design services provided by MWP-Design.co.uk are non-refundable, and sales are final once work has commenced.
Design Process
When graphic design services are purchased:
Customers will receive up to three (3) initial design concepts
One final proof will be supplied for approval
Printing will only begin after written confirmation that the final design is correct
Once final approval is given, responsibility for the design transfers to the customer.
5. Proof Approval & Liability
By approving a final proof, the customer confirms that all elements (text, layout, colours, and spelling) are correct.
We are not liable for any errors discovered after proof approval.
No Proof Option
If the customer chooses not to request a proof:
The customer accepts full responsibility for:
Image resolution and print quality
Text accuracy and formatting
MWP-Design.co.uk will not be liable for print defects caused by low-resolution images, incorrect files, or content errors supplied by the customer.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Printed Items
If a printed item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To report an issue, email info@mwp-design.co.uk with:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue and packaging
A brief explanation
If approved, we will offer:
A free replacement, or
A refund (full or partial), at our discretion
7. Exchanges
Due to custom production, we do not offer exchanges. If a refund is approved, a new order must be placed for replacement items.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable unless faulty:
Custom or personalised merchandise
Graphic design services
Items approved via proof confirmation
Items printed without a requested proof
Items damaged due to customer misuse
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).
10. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing or design work has started. If you contact us before production begins, we’ll do our best to assist.
